James (Jim) Pettit joins The Federal Savings Bank with a great deal of industry knowledge. He has always had a passion for helping others, so once he learned about the opportunity to help people in an aspect of life as important as finances, he did not hesitate to join the business. Jim is eager to get to work helping his TFSB clients!
With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry, Jim is committed to building a working relationship with his clients, as well as helping them find solutions to meet their lending needs. Jim’s simple key to his success is to treat his customers the way that he would want to be treated, as he does whatever he can to try and make the loan process as easy and straight forward as possible. Jim can assist customers with all loan types and specializes in construction and jumbo loans, along with complex self-employed borrowers.
Jim is currently the Treasurer of the Ohio Association of Mortgage Professionals. Jim also enjoys volunteering in the community at the Akron & Cleveland Food Bank, The Haven of Rest Homeless Shelter and has even delivered meals in the past with “Meals on Wheels” in Summit County Ohio. Jim spends quality time with his family and friends, as well.
