Kevin exceeded my expectations. He took the time to clearly explain everything so clearly to me throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was patient and did not rush through the process, he ensured I understood everything and took the time to actually call me vs email like everyone else did throughout the process of buying my home. I cannot praise him enough for his knowledge and expertise. I would not have been able buy my home and make it through this process. I will definitely use him in the future to hopefully to refinance my loan when interest rates decrease. I will refer him to anyone I hear of looking to buy a home. Again, outstanding communication and a wealth of knowledge. Highly satisfied.
