Eduardo Torres graduated from Saint Xavier University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After obtaining his degree, he began his extensive career in mortgage lending and financial services. He started off as a mortgage banker and quickly became one of top bankers in the United States. He has held several different positions from mortgage loan officer to retail branch sales manager. He credits his success to always putting the customer’s needs first, staying on top of all changes within the mortgage industry, and ensuring his clients know they have a mortgage banker they can trust with their family’s home financing needs.

With over 23 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Eduardo has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. He has handled all mortgage types from conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA home purchase and refinances, as well as reverse mortgages. He prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customer’s immediate and long-term goals, while also helping guide his clients to the best financial solution that helps them achieve their objectives. Having helped a countless number of clients, he understands how confusing the home finance process can be and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Eduardo resides in Naperville, Illinois with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering for his kids at their countless sporting events, and watching the Chicago Cubs, Bulls, and Bears.
