Rich Kunze began his extensive career in the real estate and financial services industry in 1976. While living in New Jersey, he was a licensed real estate agent and appraiser who worked with local and national lending institutions in management and senior management positions before moving to Virginia Beach, VA. Rich continued to build his career in real estate and the financial services industry as a key member of several regional and national lenders.
With more than 40 years of experience in real estate and lending, Rich has helped thousands of families. He has the knowledge, drive and expertise to help each of his clients find the best mortgage product to meet their personal financing needs. Rich prides himself on listening to each client’s needs and concerns when helping them with their home purchase or refinance. He strives to provide a seamless loan process that is driven by strong customer service to all of his clients.
Rich and his family live in Virginia Beach, Va. His two sons, both grown, have started their own careers as an attorney and electrical engineer. Rich is active in his community supporting several local charitable groups. Most weekends and many weekdays, he can be found coaching local youth football and basketball teams or at the beach with his wife and their golden retriever Jerry.
