Nicole Zimmerman was born and raised in Louisville, Ohio, a suburb outside of Canton, home of the Pro-Football Hall of Fame. She married her high school sweetheart in 2015, making her a proud military spouse of 9 years. Her husband has served Active Duty in the United States Army since 2011. After getting married, she and her husband have been stationed at 5 different bases in El Paso, TX, Clarksville, TN, Lawton, OK, Kaiserslautern, Germany, and currently Sumter, SC. She graduated from Franklin University in 2021, with her bachelor’s degree in business administration, and eventually joined the mortgage industry. Years later, she has yet to look back.

Nicole brings several years of customer service experience to The Federal Savings Bank. She takes pride in helping her customers, making sure they have the best, easiest, and the most memorable experience when purchasing a home. Nicole believes consistent communication, transparency, and building professional relationships aid best in finding the optimal options for her clients to become homeowners. Nicole is ecstatic to get started with helping her new clients here at the Bank.

Currently, Nicole resides in Sumter, SC, with her husband and 2 dogs. Until they have kids of their own, their dogs are spoiled fur-babies. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, drive to the beach, or watch True-Crime shows and movies. Nicole has traveled to 9 countries and over 50 different cities in Europe. She hopes to be blessed with some more traveling in the near future, as she enjoys visiting new places in the world.
