Joe Lopez and has been working at the Federal Savings Bank for the better part of a decade. For most of his career, he has specialized in VA, FHA and conventional mortgages. More recently, he has begun providing additional services that includes loans for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) as well Assisted Living Facilities in general (ALF.)

Joe currently lives in Chicago with his wife and three sons. He likes to spend his off time traveling with his family and also enjoys drawing, painting, fishing, and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
