Kathleen Gentile grew up in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago where she spent weekends and summers working at her parent’s successful real estate firm. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, she began her career in the mortgage industry as a loan analyst, and spent three years as an assistant to the top producing mortgage banker in Chicago before becoming a Mortgage Banker.
Kathleen has more than two decades of experience in mortgage lending. She knows the importance of understanding the real estate market for her clients, and keeps her finger on the pulse of Chicago’s vibrant and ever changing market. Kathleen’s vast experience and ability to assess the needs of her clients, their real estate agents and attorneys aids her in her success of helping her clients secure homeownership. Her unfailing enthusiasm, integrity and positive attitude, combined with technical expertise and industry knowledge make Kathleen indispensable to her customers and referral sources, and the bank.
Kathleen is a twenty-five-year resident of Chicago’s Ukrainian Village. When not meeting with customers, she and her husband like to take advantage of Chicago’s diverse theaters, music venues and restaurants.
