Roxanne Little

Born and raised in the vibrant twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Roxanne A. Little embodies resilience, integrity, and service. At sixteen, she moved to the United States, graduated from Damascus High School, and soon after, answered a greater calling serving her country in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2010. Her military foundation instilled discipline, leadership, and an unshakable commitment to excellence that continues to define her career. Roxanne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and multiple industry designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).  

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, Roxanne is a trusted guide for families, veterans, investors, and first-time buyers throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She blends financial knowledge, creative problem-solving, and heartfelt communication to help clients make confident, informed decisions about one of life’s biggest investments: their home. Her business philosophy centers on faith, education, and empowerment, ensuring every client is equipped to build lasting wealth and legacy through homeownership. Beyond the closing table, Roxanne is a proud member of the Baltimore Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She resides in Severna Park, Maryland, with her husband, son Joshua, mother-in-law, and their two Jack-a-Poos. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys reading, cycling, swimming, visiting museums, and traveling with her family.
