Paul Ludwig graduated from The University of Wisconsin, Madison with a degree in Economics. Paul joined the TFSB team in the summer of 2013, specializing in new home construction financing. After learning the ins and outs of the construction process, Paul began to originate loans for new and existing properties.
Paul prides himself on transparent communication with his customers to ensure a smooth and successful loan closing. He focuses on identifying and delivering the best mortgage programs and loan terms to meet the diverse financing needs of his customers. Paul’s knowledge of the construction process is a valuable resource to customers. Hard work, enthusiasm and putting the customer first are traits that will stand out to Paul’s clients.
Outside of work Paul plays hockey in the North Shore Men’s League. He is an avid Blackhawks fan and hopes to one day work for the organization. Paul also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it is in the mountains or the lakes. Paul is new to Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood and is looking forward to taking in all that it has to offer.
