Tim Padavic graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing. After obtaining his degree, Tim started his own apparel company where he manufactured and designed activewear. After 10 years in the manufacturing industry, he switched gears and began working in the mortgage industry. While living in Chicago, he began as a loan officer and grew his business where he managed his own team and eventually managed his own branch. Implementing much of his marketing background, he created marketing campaigns, call centers, and virtual teams of loan officers around the country. As Tim’s family grew, they made the move up to the North Shore where he continued his career as a mortgage banker.
With over 16 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Tim has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Tim prides himself on his focus to get the job done. His goals are customer satisfaction and building his referral business. He is here to help his customers achieve their dreams. Tim currently resides in Glencoe, IL with his wife of 30 years. They and their two daughters are very active and spend as much time as possible in Colorado enjoying skiing, biking, and hiking as a family. Tim’s passion is playing ice hockey and can be found all year round at the local ice rink.
