Dawn Breton

Dawn Breton brings 20 years of experience serving in the U.S. Army as a Senior Intelligence Analyst to her role as a Mortgage Banker with The Federal Savings Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and an associate’s degree in Intelligence Operations. Her background in both intelligence and business has given her the ability to take complex information and turn it into actionable strategies that help clients make well-informed decisions.

Dawn specializes in VA loans, conventional financing, and refinancing solutions, tailoring each strategy to fit her clients’ unique goals. She is particularly passionate about helping service members and veterans take full advantage of the benefits they’ve earned. Thanks to the support of The Federal Savings Bank’s lending team, she is able to offer a responsive and streamlined loan experience, while helping clients navigate major financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Whether they are buying their first home, refinancing, or exploring investment options, she ensures they understand their choices and feel supported from start to finish.

Currently living in Clarksville, Tennessee, with her husband (a retired Green Beret), their two children, and their retired working dog, Kain, Dawn understands military life from both sides. This personal experience helps her connect with and address the unique challenges faced by military families. Outside of work, Dawn is passionate about fitness, spending time with her family, and helping others stay focused and move forward with purpose. Every loan strategy she creates is designed to fit her clients’ lives and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
