It was nice to work with you. The process was pretty easy and straightforward. It was especially easy that I could do everything from home Take care.
Thank you for your assistance. Maybe we will cross paths again in the future. I appreciate the service you and your company provided.
Thanks for all the help and hard work. You were great, even Joan, our “tiger lady” real estate agent, was raving about how wonderful you were during the entire process. We couldn’t be happier. I will definitely refer to you.
Ryan guided us through a seamless refinancing process. Our efforts throughout were more than compensated by the low VA interest rates The Federal Savings Bank offered. He was accessible. Your support and hard work was appreciated.
Ryan – I touched bases with Ken on the cell phone. Gave you A+++ rating.
The whole loan process was very easy and I was kept informed all along the way. I appreciated how prompt you were in answering my questions.
The closing on Wednesday night went smooth. I wanted to thank you for making this process relatively painless. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys and I will recommend you to any of my friends considering a refinance.
I have completed the survey as requested. I would like to point out as I did in the survey that this was the most pain free refinance I have completed yet. I greatly appreciated Ryan and his teams efforts at making that happen. Additionally, I might not of even have thought about refinancing again (within 8 months or so of my last refinance) unless Ryan had called me and indicated I should look into it based on where rates had dropped. I will continue to gladly recommend Ryan and Federal Savings Bank to my friends and neighbors, of which Ryan has already helped out one of based on such recommendation.
I just want to say thank you to you, Vito and your staff, that assisted us with the refinance of our mortgage loan. We know our finances were complicated but you and your staff were able to pull everything together for approval.
