Nathan Reynolds was raised in the Chicagoland area. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after high school and was deployed to over 20 countries during his 5 years of service. Upon completion of his enlistment, he attended Southern Illinois University, majoring in political science. After college, in 1998 he began his career in the mortgage industry and quickly became the top originator earning the nickname “OrigiNate”. After 3 short years of originating, he founded his own Mortgage Brokerage and became a State of Illinois Mortgage Licensee governed by the Office of Banks and Real Estate.
Over the next 10 years he expanded his Mortgage Brokerage, started two additional companies, a full-service Title Company and a telemarketing company employing over 100 employees in Hinsdale, IL., helping thousands of families achieve their goal of homeownership. In 2013, Nathan and his family relocated to the Twin Cities, MN and he accepted a position building and leading a multistate team of Wealth Management Lending officers with a national bank successfully funding $1.2 Billion in annual mortgage production.
Nathan is passionate about operational excellence and delivering best in class service for clients. With a successful track record of building, managing and developing high- performing teams, his greatest satisfaction comes from mentoring and helping loan officers exceed their own personal goals to achieve new levels of success.
