After working in the logistics field for a decade, Lance began his extensive career in the mortgage lending industry. While living in the Chicagoland area, he spent several years working as a Loan Officer, helping buyers with home loans to realize their dream of home ownership, and current homeowners to refinance to save money. Lance has continued to evolve and build his career as a talented and reliable Mortgage Banker.
With 20 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, Lance has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. Lance prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Outside of work, Lance is a sports enthusiast who loves basketball, baseball, and football. He enjoys going to games to support his favorite teams in his free time. Lance also enjoys traveling with friends and family.
