A former coach and mentor, Doug has a deep passion for guiding others – a quality rooted in his upbringing as the son of a pastor. Whether he’s helping a first-time homebuyer, providing refinance options to improve a customer’s financial position, or supporting clients through the complexities of new home construction, Doug takes immense pride in ensuring every customer feels informed, supported, and confident in their financial decisions.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys traveling, tending to his garden with his wife of 32 years, and tackling projects around their homestead. He’s the proud father of two grown children and dog dad to Goldendoodles Wilson and Griffey.
