His background as a Banker and Sales Manager, combined with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations and an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University, has shaped his practical yet compassionate approach to lending.

He has a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers, veterans, and individuals looking to improve their financial future. Andre is fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse range of clients with ease.
Outside of work, Andre enjoys spending time at the beach, watching football, and most importantly, being with his family. He is the proud father of two daughters, Julia and Natalie, who are his greatest inspiration and anchor.
