Landon Arm began his career in the mortgage industry in 2003. Born and raised in San Diego, California, he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2018 to continue his love for helping clients achieve their dreams of home ownership. Through his hard work, honesty, passion, and empathy, Landon has developed a full suite of strengths that makes homebuyers gravitate towards him.
Landon’s primary focus is assisting his clients that are looking to refinance or purchase a new home through a VA, FHA, Jumbo or Conventional Loan program. Having helped thousands of clients, Landon understands the emotions involved in the mortgage experience and takes pride in allowing his clients to have full transparency throughout the loan process from beginning to end.
Outside of the office, Landon stays busy with a multitude of outdoor hobbies. He enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, and most of all, white water rafting in Montana and Idaho with his family. A huge dog lover, Landon spends as much time as possible with his 4-year-old Welsh Corgi, Skeeter, making sure his pup is living his best life.
