With over 20 years of experience originating mortgages, there are very few scenarios that Julie Manolis has not encountered. She loves a challenge and will not shy away from even the toughest financial situation. Julie has worked with every type of borrower, from the very affluent to the borrowers that may need down-payment assistance, all of whom she was able to help meet their home financing goals in one way or another. She looks forward to continuing this trend with us here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Julie believes one of the most important aspects of a transaction is making sure questions and concerns are addressed in a way that people understand. She knows mortgages can be complex and sometimes it takes explaining something in different ways to make sure someone is comfortable with their decisions and/or next steps, and Julie will spend the time needed to ensure that is the case. Her knowledge, patience and integrity are well above par, according to her past clients and colleagues. Julie loves the idea of creating a relationship with her clients that last a lifetime, and to make that happen, the first encounter with them needs to be special and memorable… in a good way, of course!
In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on DIY projects around the house, and walking dogs at the local shelter.
