Courtney Lowdermilk is originally from Randleman, North Carolina. He stayed close to home during his college years as he attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Courtney has always relished any opportunity to help other people, which is what ultimately led him to the finance industry. Over 20 years later, he has yet to look back!
Courtney brings two decades’ worth of industry experience to us here at The federal Savings Bank. He has earned President’s Club honors multiple times in his career, and he is eager to continue his, and his clients’, success here at TFSB. Courtney attributes his and his customers’ success to his passion and motivation. He has made his career his mission work in assisting clients in their finances through home lending, which is apparent to everybody he works with. Courtney will leave no stone unturned while he helps find the best financial solution for your situation and your needs.
Courtney currently resides in Durham, NC. In his free time, he enjoys keeping up with UNC sports, as well as the UNC Chapel Black Alumni Association that he is a proud member of. Courtney enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well.
