Emily Connolly

Born and raised in County Mayo on the west coast of Ireland, Emily’s journey has been marked by ambition, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose. Leaving Ireland to pursue a tennis scholarship at Indiana Wesleyan University, she balanced athletics and academics with dedication—earning her bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Psychology. Her passion for learning and growth continues today as she pursues a master’s degree in Business from Westcliff University.

Emily comes to The Federal Savings Bank with an incredible eagerness to start helping clients and family achieve their homeownership goals. Knowing how big a step this is in one’s life, she takes pride in taking the time to guide her borrowers through the process step by step, all while maintaining open and transparent communication. Emily does everything in her power to find the right solution for her clients’ situation, which is why it becomes quickly apparent to anyone she works with that they are in the hands of a caring and trusted mortgage professional.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Emily is known for her drive, compassion, and strong sense of community. She actively fundraises for cancer support charities in the west of Ireland—organizations that hold a deeply personal significance to her. Whether through her work or her volunteer efforts, she values connection, care, and the importance of giving back.

A lover of coffee, the outdoors, and all things active, Emily is also a tennis professional who thrives on competition and personal challenge. She regularly participates in triathlons and half marathons, embodying a mindset of discipline and perseverance. Her journey—shaped by both challenges and achievements—has equipped her with a strong foundation of empathy, determination, and teamwork that she looks forward to bringing to her role at The Federal Savings Bank.
