Cole Roland

Cole Roland was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Consumer Behavior from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His education provided a strong foundation in understanding decision-making and financial behavior, insight that now guides his work with borrowers navigating significant financial milestones. He began his career in retail banking in 2016, where he developed expertise in credit improvement, account protection, and long-term financial stability. Those early experiences shaped his belief that strong financial foundations create opportunity—an approach that aligns seamlessly with his work at The Federal Savings Bank.

Cole later joined the mortgage program at The Federal Savings Bank, where he expanded his knowledge in credit strategy, loan structuring, and financial repositioning. After temporarily stepping away from lending to lead a face-to-face marketing organization—managing a 25-person team and driving top global performance within his market size—he returned to Nashville with sharpened leadership skills and renewed focus. His diverse background allows him to quickly assess client needs, build disciplined mortgage strategies, and guide borrowers toward both immediate approvals and long-term financial strength. Clients benefit from his structured approach, clear communication, and commitment to helping them move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Cole is deeply committed to his faith and family. He and his wife are raising their young son in Nashville near extended family, a season of life he considers both a privilege and responsibility. He serves as a music director at his church, participates in community outreach efforts, and enjoys mentoring others. A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, he has a lifelong passion for music and also enjoys disc golf, tennis, staying active in the gym, thrifting with his wife, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.
