Debbie Crossett grew up in Upstate New York and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Syracuse University, followed by a master’s degree in special education from Syracuse University. With a strong passion for individualized instruction, Debbie dedicated herself to helping students succeed, teaching in both New York State and Austin, Texas. After relocating to Naperville, Illinois, she shifted her focus to raising her two daughters and contributing to her community through extensive volunteer work. These experiences strengthened her ability to connect with others and demonstrated her commitment to making a positive impact.
Debbie began her career in mortgage banking in April 2020, stepping into the industry during one of its most dynamic periods. She quickly established herself as a trusted advisor, helping numerous clients achieve their goals of purchasing or refinancing their homes. Debbie is dedicated to educating her clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless loan process. Her personalized approach and attention to detail have earned her a reputation for making the home financing journey smooth and stress-free.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling to explore new places, and relaxing on the water while boating. An avid reader and outdoor enthusiast, she loves walking her golden doodle and staying active. Debbie is also her daughters’ biggest cheerleader—supporting one as a college basketball player and the other as a member of her college water ski team. These hobbies and interests reflect her vibrant personality and her ability to find joy in both professional and personal pursuits.
