Her career began in January 1983, and she has since built deep expertise in regulatory compliance, mortgage lending, and client advocacy. Her journey includes serving as Director of Mortgage Banking Regulation for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and Senior Financial Analyst for the FDIC, where she advanced consumer protection and integrity in the financial industry. Whether she is analyzing creditworthiness, guiding homebuyers, or leading small business operations, she brings sincere dedication to helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership.

As a ​licensed Managing Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, Certified ​Public Accountant, retired Certified Fraud Examiner, and IRS Certifying Tax Acceptance Agent, she leverages a comprehensive skill set to provide honest, informed, and individualized service.
