Jason Wray was raised in the Northeast up in Massachusetts and moved down to the “Sunshine State” of Florida during high school. He later attended St. Petersburg College to pursue his career-oriented classes related to Business Management and Finance. Jason decided in 2006 to enter the Mortgage and Banking business with his successful graduation from the Andy Beverly School of Real Estate where he completed and obtained his Mortgage Broker license. He later went on to work as a Loan officer in Tampa, Florida.
Jason found out quickly he had a tremendous amount of success in finding out the exact needs and goals of his customers and quickly offering a solution with an approval for a mortgage loan. A lot of his success with each of his customers stems from his ability to carefully “Listen” and “Take the Time” with them. Another part of his success is based on treating all customers as if they were a friend or family member. This allows a higher level of comfort between both parties and helps build long-term relationships. Jason encourages his customers, new or previous, to call him with any questions you may have at any time since his cellphone is “Always on”!
Jason is a proud father to a son who is his lifelong buddy that keeps him young. You can normally find them fishing on their boat in the Gulf of Mexico. Jason also enjoys traveling when school is out and heading back up to New England to enjoy the winter months, along with some skiing and cozy lodging.
