Bill Herceg graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Resource Development and a minor in Business Administration. Bill began his extensive career in mortgage lending in 1998. Bill has worked in both the mortgage brokerage and banking spaces during his career, from local to national lending institutions.
Over the past several years Bill has developed the skills and knowledge necessary to provide the optimal construction lending experience for a wide variety of construction projects nationwide. Bill has received his construction lending certification and yearly updates from The Federal Savings Bank, specifically designed to provide efficient and compliant construction lending skills and processes.
Bill resides in Rockford, MI (just North of Grand Rapids, MI) but also spends a large amount of time in Ft Collins, CO and works both remotely and in the Ft Collins lending office of The Federal Savings Bank. Bill enjoys skiing, mountain biking and fishing in addition to volunteering with the local Chapter of the International Mountain Biking Alliance.
