Kevin Oakeson graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Marketing and is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Most would have assumed, with his love of numbers, that he would have pursued a degree in finance, but the understanding of people, psychology, and consumer behaviors is what led him to marketing. However, he immediately entered the world of finance after graduation, serving as an investment advisor, business banker, and real estate agent before settling into mortgage banking, where he now helps people with the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Kevin’s unique blend of mortgage experience, both as a mortgage banker and an underwriter, gives him the ability to help clients understand the homebuying and refinance process and be confident in their journey. He takes pride in being able to help clients of all types, making him a trusted resource in the financing process. In both underwriting and banking, Kevin’s received numerous accolades for performance and quality, a testament to his skill and care of his clients.
Currently living in sunny Scottsdale, AZ, with his wife and two children, he spends his time being an active member of the community, through sports and school volunteer activities. He escapes the heat through snowboarding trips and stays active with his soccer league. A renaissance man, if you will, he balances out his free time with cooking, music, festivals, traveling, and biking.
