Todd A. Medley is an Illinois native and now resides in Willow Springs. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and his Master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University before joining the United States Navy. As a Naval Officer serving the majority of his time in teaching hospitals, he learned to listen to his patients’ needs to create a partnership towards better health. Todd believes listening to his clients allows him to deliver appropriate home buying solutions.
Todd has traveled to 15 different countries and even lived in Italy for two years. These experiences gave him a profound appreciation for cultural diversity, which allows him to better understand his clients’ needs. Learning about his clients by answering every question to their full satisfaction is his foremost priority. The Federal Savings Bank’s centralized loan operation allows Todd to provide fast written loan commitments and close quite efficiently. His education and experiences have given him the skills to guide each transaction to close in an organized and effective manner.
Todd and his wife Angelica enjoy spending time with their three children and movie nights with friends whenever the opportunity arises!
