Daniel (Dan) Kruszka is originally from Long Island, New York. He attended Post University where he was a part of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and went on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also earned his MBA at the University of Maryland Global Campus. On top of all that, Dan also served as a First Sergeant for 15 years in the Army! We are excited to have Dan at the Bank as he brings in an immense amount of knowledge and experience.

Dan comes to us here at The Federal Savings Bank with a drive to succeed and help his clients as much as he possibly can. Throughout his military tenure, he noticed both exceptional and subpar experiences with bankers during the home-buying process. These encounters inspired him to become a Mortgage Banker, leveraging his leadership skills to guide fellow service members through the intricate process of acquiring a home. Having personally benefited from the support of outstanding Mortgage Bankers, Dan remains committed to providing the same level of excellence to his clients. Drawing upon my military leadership experience, Dan looks forward to assisting families in navigating the complexities of home ownership, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process for them from start to finish.

Dan currently resides in El Paso, Texas, and says himself that he is “privileged” to be married to his high school sweetheart. He has two wild young boys, a Great Dane, and a Basset Hound. In his free time, you can find Dan coaching football or wrestling, or working on his martial arts skills. He is also a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the Knights of Columbus.
