Michael Yee graduated from Berklee College of Music in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in music. After graduating, Michael moved back to California and started a recording studio where he produced and recorded music for various artists as well as his own original groups. During this time, he also worked at an accounting business preparing tax returns, payroll, and other financial services for clients. As the real estate market grew in the early 2000’s Michael began his career in Mortgage Lending, providing purchase, refinance, and construction financing for homeowners.
With over 22 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience, Michael has become a trusted advisor to his clientele, as well as fellow professionals and colleagues in his area. In addition to having years of experience with various loan products, Michael takes pride in listening to his client’s needs and helping them find the best financial solution for their unique situation. In 2008, he earned a Certification in Underwriting, which enhanced his ability to review loan guidelines and qualification for his clients.
Michael currently resides in Santa Rosa, CA with his family and enjoys cooking, traveling, exercising, fishing, camping and continues to write and record original music. Michael is also an active golfer who enjoys playing in competitive tournaments, as well as creating new personal and business relationships within the sport. Golf has become a vital marketing vehicle from which he has met countless new clients and developed numerous personal and business relationships with Real Estate Agents, CPA’s, Attorneys, Contractors, Insurance Agents, Physicians, Educators, Entrepreneurs, Title Companies, etc,…. It’s the game that keeps on giving!
