A Florida native, Laurie Turner earned her Business Management degree from Tampa College. She began her career as a mortgage loan processor in her early 20s, quickly earning her state license to become a mortgage broker. She went on to own and operate a highly successful mortgage company for over 10 years. Later, she held leadership roles as Director of Licensing and Compliance and Licensing Director, working closely with state auditors to ensure regulatory compliance across all 50 states.
With over three decades in the mortgage industry, Laurie specializes in VA, FHA, conventional, and home equity loans. Her deep understanding of lending guidelines allows her to tailor loan solutions that not only fit her clients’ current needs but also set them up for long-term financial success. Laurie is excited to start helping her clients find their financial success with us here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Laurie currently resides in Tampa, FL, near MacDill Air Force Base, with her boyfriend and their dog, Kodi. Her extensive knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending helps clients make informed, confident financial decisions.
