Michael Damenti earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University. Over 30 successful years in the IT industry, he focused on helping CIOs develop and execute their technology strategies. During that time, he developed a passion for real estate from buying and selling multiple houses and investment properties over the years. This passion brought him to the mortgage industry, joining The Federal Savings Bank in 2024 where he gets to apply that passion in helping others with the purchase of their home.
Whether it’s a primary residence, first home, investment or commercial property, Michael has the knowledge and skills to help his clients achieve their financial goals. His focus is on providing exceptional customer service and always putting the needs of his clients first and foremost. Throughout his extensive career, he has taken a genuine interest in his clients to understand what is most important to them, so they know his recommendations always have their best interests in mind.
Originally from Libertyville, Illinois, Michael met his wife, Julie, in college and feels incredibly fortunate to be married to her for the past 30 years. They have 3 amazing kids together who all live close to them. They currently split their time between Sarasota, Florida and Lakewood, Colorado to have the best of both worlds near the beach and mountains. In his free time, Michael enjoys physical fitness and outdoor activities. He has run multiple marathons and now loves trail running, hiking, skiing, golfing, and boating.
