Eric Guzman grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Ottawa University with a degree in business management. After obtaining his degree, he started his extensive financial career at a bank where he served for over 13 years, followed by a career as a life insurance agent and Medicare insurance agent. Following this, he decided to pivot into mortgage lending as a loan originator where he has found some of his greatest accomplishments.
With over 10 years in the mortgage lending industry, Eric’s path can be described as an upward ascent to success and recognition. He was acknowledged as a top 3 producer for the year 2020, truly projecting himself into rarified air in overall mortgage loan production. He has gained a reputation with his clients for being decisive, innovative, and a great problem-solver by finding creative solutions in complicated scenarios. He is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity – it is at the core of everything he does. He ensures his clients will receive honesty and transparency in all their dealings with him, and he prioritizes customer satisfaction by continually exceeding their expectations.
Eric currently resides in his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona with his wife of over 4 years. He is an awesome uncle to his niece and nephew, and also has two little dogs that are like his children. Eric is also a huge sports fan, especially to all his home teams. He loves basketball and baseball, but football is his favorite. Outside of working with clients, he enjoys participating in his bowling league and hanging out with friends and having fun.
