I have been a mortgage closer for over 30 years, so I know the business. Drew Ziegler and his partner Laura Jarvis were fabulous. From the get-go, Drew knew his stuff, new MY goals and found a way to meet them. Every step of the way he was communicative, made SURE I understood each item and responded promptly to any question. If I ever came back into the industry, Drew is the kind of Loan Officer that does a company proud, and I’d be proud to partner alongside. A good loan agent is hard to find.
Drew was the absolute best to work with. He never left me wondering what was happening and was always quick to explain the whole process.
Drew saved my family with this refinance. We ran into so many issues (nothing from you guys) and Drew refused to give up on us. We started several months ago and he talked to me every single week even when there weren’t any new updates. I will sign a petition if needed to keep Drew from ever retiring so I can ensure he’s my agent again. My brother refinanced his house with him and referred Drew to me, and it was the best financial decision I could have ever made.
This is the second home I’ve bought with Drew Ziegler and that says a lot. From start to finish he’s always quick to respond to any questions, he’s concise and a true professional at all times. I will seek him out for when it’s time to refinance and when it’s time to buy an investment home. I highly recommend Mr. Ziegler for his knowledge, professional demeanor and no hassle process.
The reason I stayed with The Federal Savings is because of Drew. I totally trust him, he is very professional and very truthful. He did not apply pressure and he explained everything to me and was able to answer any and all of my questions. He checked in with me every week from the beginning to the close. I would highly recommend Drew. Keep up the great work.
Drew was definitely a great quarterback throughout the entire process, he checks all the boxes! He is the best banker I’ve ever worked with. I would be more than willing to work with him again!
Drew did an outstanding job communicating, keeping me updated on the progress of the loan. He responded to emails and answered questions quickly. I would and will recommend Drew to others as the need arises. Thanks Drew!
Every step of the way, I felt fully involved in our successful cash-out refinance. I have never felt better about the team I had, and Drew deserves all the credit in the world. Can not thank you guys enough!
This is the best service I have gotten. The loan officer is very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to my friends anytime.
Drew was amazing. He kept constant communication throughout the process. The process was streamlined and easy. Drew and his team did all the work from start to close. I just needed to be home to sign.
