Tom Breathitt is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. He stayed close to home to attend school at the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a degree in business administration and a minor in finance. After graduating college, Tom immediately started work as a credit card manager for a national bank. A year or so after that, he joined the mortgage business with a bank in his hometown, and more than 30 years later, he has yet to look back!
Tom joins us here at The Federal Savings Bank with 37 years of industry experience. Throughout his time in the mortgage industry, he has amassed numerous awards and milestones, such as being a top producer for nine years straight, Mortgage Banker of the Year in Lexington, KY two different times, Chairman’s and President’s Club honors, and has funded over a total of 4,000 home loans. He attributes the success he has had to his determination and genuine care for his clients. Tom treats everyone he works with as if they were family, stopping at nothing to find the best financial solution for them. It is quickly apparent to anyone who works with Tom that they are in great hands.
Tom currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife and their dog, Bella. Tom has 3 children and 4 grandchildren, so you can find him in Cincinnati, OH or Tampa, FL visiting them whenever the opportunity arises. He also enjoys his sports teams, most notably the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
