James Wilson attended Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska where he played college baseball and pitched in the NAIA college world series. After college, James began his extensive career in mortgage lending and financial services. While living in Miami, he spent several years as a loan officer and team leader helping buyers with down payment assistance programs and grants.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, James has the knowledge and expertise to help each borrower structure the optimal mortgage to achieve their financial goals. James prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his clients’ immediate and long-term goals, finding the best financial solution to achieve their objectives. Having helped thousands of clients, he understands how confusing the home buying & refinancing process can be and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. With his extensive knowledge of available programs, problem solving skills and steadfast commitment to customer service, James will ensure each one of his clients receives superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.
James currently lives in Miami, Florida with his wife of over 15 years and his 3 young children. His family is active at the church where he serves as an usher and a volunteer. Combining his love for the outdoors and commitment to good health, James can be found most mornings running on Key Biscayne bridge or lifting weights at a local gym.
