Zach Williams graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a master’s in education. After obtaining his degree with the initial plan of being a PE/Health teacher while coaching football, a family member later encouraged Zach to get into sales. Starting as a Loan Officer Assistant in 2012, he quickly transitioned to a full-time Loan Officer in 2014. While living and working in Central Ohio, he spent several years with a regional community bank helping home buyers with new construction, new purchases, and refinances.
With over 10 years of mortgage lending experience, Zach uses his educational approach to help each borrower structure their mortgage needs to achieve their financial goals. Zach prides himself on taking the time needed to understand his customers’ immediate and long-term goals, while finding the best financial solution for their situation. Having helped hundreds of clients, he understands how overwhelming the home buying and construction process can be, and he works hard to walk each client through the process in an organized and efficient manner. Zach resides in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife of 13 years and his three children. His family is active in local sports teams, boating at their local lake, and enjoying the outdoors.
