As a dedicated mortgage professional since 1986, Teena Angelo’s career started in operations, acquiring an in-depth understanding of loan processing, closing, underwriting, then moving to mortgage originating in 1993. Her originating career was primarily focused on new construction and the homebuilding industry, managing the in-house lending operations for various companies. Teena brings a great deal of expertise to us here at The Federal Savings Bank, which includes knowledge on varying market conditions, loan products, and lending environments, including brokering, mortgage banking and federally chartered banks
Teena most enjoys specializing in crafting personalized mortgage solutions for first-time homebuyers, investors, and growing families. She has guided over thousands of clients to successful homeownership, leveraging deep expertise in FHA, VA, and conventional loans to secure competitive rates and smooth closings. Her mission is to simplify the complex lending process, ensuring transparency and building lasting financial relationships.
