Eric Johnson was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where he developed a deep love for the Pacific Northwest. He attended Seattle Central College and, immediately after, launched his career in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. Over the years, Eric has worked with banks, independent mortgage companies, and major lenders, helping hundreds of borrowers – from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors – navigate purchases, refinances, and everything in between.
For more than a decade, Eric has guided clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions, with a special focus on making the process clear, transparent, and stress-free. His straightforward approach and in-depth knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans have earned him the trust of clients and real estate partners throughout the Puget Sound region. Eric looks forward to helping his clients here at The Federal Savings Bank.
When he’s not helping people achieve homeownership, Eric enjoys everything the Northwest has to offer: golfing at local courses, boating through the Puget Sound, and exploring the San Juan Islands and hidden harbors with family and friends. He is especially proud of his daughter, a recent college graduate who continues to make him smile every day. A lifelong Seattle-ite, Eric is also passionate about his community and excited to keep helping his clients find the right mortgage solutions for their next chapter in life.
