Geoff Demercado is originally from Kingston, Jamaica. He went to school stateside, earning his associate’s degree from Broward College. People know him for his dedication, persistence, and being a rapid learner which has expanded his knowledge-base as a mortgage banker with The Federal Savings Bank since joining in 2025.

Geoff currently resides in Lauderhill, Florida with his wife of 4 years, Ayumi. They are big animal lovers – they have a Yorkie names Zeus and 4 cats: Dawn, Aki, Holiday, and Choochums. Geoff has many interests, including heavy weight training, trivia, cars, history, astronomy, biology, and other sciences.
