She currently holds an North Carolina broker license and is an active mortgage originator licensed to lend in all 50 states. Now as an experienced mortgage loan originator, she understands the true value & importance of providing the right options for client’s needs to make a confident decision about their finances. Whether they are purchasing a new home, refinancing their current home, or investing in residential property, Torrie’s goal is to provide them with the best possible home loan experience.
Torrie first acquired her real estate license in 2006 and then pursued her mortgage origination license in 2019, which was a match made in heaven becoming a dual agent. She really wanted to do something phenomenal in the industry that would bridge the gap between all her skills, gifts, and talents. This opportunity to work as a mortgage loan originator gives her the best of both worlds and has helped her to evolve. She has helped many people achieve their dreams of homeownership and continues to use that experience to help guide her clients throughout the mortgage process seamlessly. She is committed to excellent customer service and works with members of her team to ensure that her clients are kept well-informed and their questions are answered promptly. Her main goal is to ensure her clients feel comfortable and at ease with the entire home mortgage process. She works closely and treats everyone like family from the application to the closing.
Torrie is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2012, she decided to relocate herself and her 3 children to Charlotte, North Carolina in pursuit of a better career opportunity in the real estate industry and a better life for her family. She enjoys traveling, watching sports and spending time with friends and family. She is also active in her church and community. She feels this helps keep her grounded and puts her in a position to give back to others.
