Hellen Guedez was born in Venezuela. She attended UCV, where she studied architecture, developing critical thinking and analytical skills—characteristics that have helped her structure loans to help prospective homebuyers.
Upon arriving in the United States, one of the things that Hellen identified as a challenge for most immigrants is understanding how to properly manage their finances under the U.S. financial system. This is why Hellen focuses on helping the immigrant community obtain the loan that best fits their needs and educating them on how to build the necessary foundation to help them qualify for the loan that will lead them to their dream home. She prides herself on listening carefully to each client, as she understands that everyone has different needs, and that working as a team is key to making the loan process flow smoothly.
In her spare time, Hellen enjoys arts and crafts, watching science and history documentaries, and exploring new restaurants in town.
