Pamela Hill is an experienced residential home lending mortgage banker with a demonstrated career of working in the real estate and finance industry since 1992. She is a business professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University with a major in Real Estate Finance.

Overall, Pam’s background in real estate investing, loan origination, real estate sales, new construction, market analysis, and land acquisitions has proven to be an asset for various transactions. She is skilled in credit review and home lending nationwide for an array of products: Conforming (Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae), FHA, VA, New Construction/Renovation, Jumbo, Portfolio, USDA, MSHDA, Investment Homes, and Non-Conforming loans. Pam and her husband have personally designed and built two custom homes over the years as well as several remodels, so construction has definitely been a focus with firsthand experience!

Pamela resides in Rockford, Michigan (just north of Grand Rapids), but grew up in the Detroit Metropolitan area. She is passionate about exploring so much so that she lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for 14 years, but relocated back to Michigan in 2010 to relish in the four seasons (even winter) and to have extra family time. Pam enjoys boating, hiking, camping, and sharpening her pickleball skills in her leisure time. She is passionate about donating to Habitat for Humanity and trying to help others achieve the “American Dream” of homeownership.
