Joe Campagna was born in Baltimore, Maryland, raised in Staten Island, NY, and graduated from Tottenville High School. His path to the mortgage industry wasn’t exactly traditional—he went to a few different colleges but ultimately found his way into real estate, starting out with a title company. He quickly realized he wanted to be on the front lines, helping people directly. That’s when he made the jump into mortgages and hasn’t looked back since. He has spent almost 13 years now on the purchase side of the industry, guiding people through one of the biggest investments of their lives.
Throughout his career, Joe focused on building relationships, creating a local network of real estate agents, attorneys, accountants, and, of course, loyal clients. He is passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers, veterans, and families toward making the best decisions for their futures. From FHA and VA loans to conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs, Joe is here to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible.
Over the past two years, Joe decided to jump into social media to share more of himself and to brand himself as a professional in the mortgage field. It’s been humbling, to say the least, putting himself out there with honesty and vulnerability. His hope is that people will not only see his advice and knowledge but also see him as real, raw, and always there to help. It’s been a learning experience for him, and yes, there’s some fear that comes with being open, but for him it’s been so worth it. So please feel free to connect, share, like, and follow him on his journey.
