Barbara Fifield received her Bachelor degree in Business Management from National Louis University. In 2007, she received her MBA in Finance degree from DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Barbara has over 13 years of mortgage banking experience including underwriting, management, accounting and loan originating. Past experiences include management of mortgage banking division of a community bank. She supervised all daily operations, including origination, processing, underwriting, closing and funding of all residential and commercial loans. 
Barbara joined The Federal Savings Bank to support their growing finance and accounting department. As the company’s Controller, Barbara was responsible for all finance and accounting functions and IT management. 
Barbara’s previous professional experiences and education have given her the unique ability to effectively assess the needs of homebuyers, as well as their real estate agents and attorneys. Her integrity, work ethic, and leadership skills all help to meet and exceed her clients’ expectations.
