Jim McNees grew up in the Washington D.C. suburb of Bethesda, MD. He attended James Madison University and completed 2 degrees in Public Administration and Political Science. James has always embraced the opportunity to help others wherever he can. So, the mortgage industry seemed to fit him and his skillset almost seamlessly, and over 20 years later, Jim has yet to look back!
Jim McNees has been successfully helping clients achieve their home ownership dreams and mortgage financing goals in the mortgage industry for over two decades out of Virginia Beach, and he enjoys working with our military community and even works closely with several charitable organizations that assist our veterans and active-duty military personnel. Jim is great at what he does, and he ensures every one of his clients that they are in the hands of a caring and knowledgeable professional who will do whatever he can to help them reach their financial objectives. Jim is also proud to have originated and closed loans in over 20 states
In his free time, Jim enjoys traveling, fitness, cycling and looking for great cuisine wherever he goes. He is actively involved in the MS-150 bike ride every year to raise money for finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis, as well. He has three grown children that live in the Richmond, VA, and Virginia Beach areas. His daughter graduated from Old Dominion University and his two sons from Virginia Tech. Jim truly enjoys spending time with his children and watching them successfully grow in their careers and positively contribute to their communities.
