Yana Billet graduated from Catawba College with a degree in Communications and Public Relations. After graduating, Yana moved to St. Thomas before she started her “real” job in mortgage banking. Yana started working in Wholesale Lending for a leading Construction Lending Bank, where she was later promoted to Vice President of Joint Ventures. Feeling like she was missing out on working with Builders, Yana decided to jump back into the world of systems-built homes and became the Director of Systems Built Financing for a few mortgage lenders!
Yana comes to The Federal Savings Bank with over 20 years in construction financing. She sits on several State Board Associations. Even more impressive is that her business is derived almost exclusively from referrals (builders and Industry professionals) along with strong word-of-mouth. Because of her extensive knowledge of systems-built, new construction and lending guidelines, Yana offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of the home buying and the off-site construction process. TFSB’s national presence and depth of programs will allow her to help almost everyone interested in building and buying as she looks forward to assisting as many TFSB customers as she can!
Yana currently resides in a great coastal town in North Carolina with her family. When she isn’t on the road or in meetings attempting to make a difference in the world of off-site housing, her love of the outdoors is what keeps her busy.
