Joshua Blumenschein was born in Birkenfeld, Germany, while his father served overseas in the Army. In 2008, he himself joined the United States Army, where he developed a passion for service and leadership. Joshua’s military career has been marked by his dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence, earning him respect and recognition from his peers and superiors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama, further enhancing his ability to navigate complex markets and deliver strategic insights.
In addition to his military service, Joshua is a skilled mortgage loan professional who joined The Federal Savings Bank. Since joining in 2024, he is now able to oversee the entire mortgage loan process while providing a wide range of loan products, including VA, FHA, Jumbo, and conforming conventional loans to consumers in all 50 states. His expertise in lending, coupled with his strategic thinking and attention to detail, ensures clients receive exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.
In his spare time, Joshua is an avid ballroom and swing dancer, teaching and participating in social dance events. This passion for dance reflects his ability to connect with others, lead in diverse settings, and embrace continuous personal growth and community engagement.
