Michael J. Spaulding is a Mortgage Banker at The Federal Savings Bank with more than 24 years of experience in real estate finance and mortgage lending. After proudly serving on active duty as a Signal Support Systems Specialist with the U.S. Army’s 4th Infantry Division, Michael began a successful career helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. As a fellow veteran, he is passionate about serving those who have served, providing trusted guidance on VA home loans as well as Conventional and FHA financing. His extensive background in residential, investor, and commercial lending enables him to deliver knowledgeable, strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique financial objectives.

Originally from New York, Michael spent 15 years building his mortgage career in the Dallas market before relocating to Florida’s central Gulf Coast. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors boating, fishing, swimming, rucking, bicycling, and exploring local state parks and nature trails. His dedication to service, integrity, and building lasting relationships continues to define both his personal life and professional approach, allowing him to provide every client with the trusted guidance they deserve.
