Victoria Garcia DeLuca was born and raised in the Southwest side of Chicago. Victoria has over 17 years of successful experience as both an individual contributor and manager in home lending. To date, Victoria has helped over 2,000 families realize their dream of home ownership!

Victoria’s background in processing, underwriting and operations management gives her a unique skillset to help clients as well as grow flourishing teams. Victoria’s extensive knowledge of the entire loan process and available programs coupled with her problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence ensures that each client receives superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime. Victoria is especially passionate about helping the Hispanic community invest in themselves by becoming home owners and educating her peers on the tools needed to thrive financially.

Victoria joined The Federal Savings Bank for one reason: to invest and make a difference in her community, the Hispanic community. She is committed to helping experienced bankers meet their full potential and to growing a team of young, professional Hispanic bankers who will bring new life into the mortgage industry.

Victoria recently moved to the city of Brentwood in Tennessee with her loving husband of 5 years and their young son. Victoria finds fulfillment in cooking and will travel long-distances to immerse herself in that culture’s culinary influences. She also enjoys yoga, running and reading. Victoria sat on the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Executive Board when she lived in Chicago and recently became a certified trainer this past summer. She looks forward to her future with The Federal Savings Bank and what the move will bring to the community in which she serves.
