Fabian Herrera is originally from Chicago, Illinois. Fabian has always had a knack for the finance side of things and has always enjoyed helping other people. Realizing he could combine the two for a living, he joined the industry and has not looked back since! We are excited for Fabian to continue his career here at The Federal Savings Bank.
Fabian joins us here at the Bank with over 6 years of experience, from both the Banking and Mortgage side of things. He joined a bank at the age of 18 and within a year, became their top seller. He was great at helping people save for their goals and consolidate their debt. After purchasing his first investment property in 2020, he transitioned to a processing assistant, and a closing coordinator soon thereafter. He worked and studied after hours to become a loan originator, and he here is today, ready to help people achieve their financial goals in any way he can. Fabian has had success at every stop in his career through great communication, respect for his clients and a passion for what he does; he expects The Federal Savings Bank to be no different! Anybody who works with him will soon see that they are in great hands.
Fabian still resides in his hometown of Chicago, IL. In his free time, Fabian enjoys going on runs and looking at nature and working out. He enjoys challenging himself by doing obstacle courses such as the tough Mudder. He also enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. He spends time with family and friends whenever the opportunity arises, too.
